Level 7-10 Competitive league that will travel and participate in the Humphrey’s Invitational, camps, and will train approximately 5-6 days a week (approximately 20 hours). This program is geared towards getting a college scholarship! Practice times are 2PM-6PM Monday-Thursday and 2PM-5PM Fridays. Saturdays will vary. 

$500-$550 Monthly: subject to other fees

Scholarship type opportunities available upon request.

Competitive program Levels 3-6: Will compete mainly local but possibly travel to different states with the team. Will participate in the Humphrey’s Invitational, camps, and training approximately 4 days a week.  Practice times from 4PM-7PM Monday - Thursday and 4PM-6PM Fridays

Is a non-competitive environment, geared towards improving learning, listening, social, and coordination skills. It’s geared towards making an active and healthy kid! Open play available for preschool aged kids in the Preschool section of the gym on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 10AM to Noon.

• 18 months-2 years: 1 day a week 45 min $55 
• 2-4 - 1 day a week 45 min $55 
• 4-6 - 2 days a week 45 min $105 
• 6-8 - 2 days a week 45 min $105 
• 8-10 - 2 days a week 45 min $105 
• 10-12 - 2 days a week 45 min $105 

This class is geared towards all aged dancers, cheerleaders, or kids who just want to flip a little! It will focus on acro-type skills such as Back Handsprings, Back Tucks, Ariels, and more basics to learn flipping safely! 

• Tuesdays & Thursdays/ 45 min/ $105 Monthly  

This is a class geared towards your inner child desires to still flip and do gymnastics. Will be fun, but semi-competitive. May participate in camps and Humphrey’s Invitational. *Must be AAU Certified.*

Over the age of 18 - 2 days a week 45 min $105 Monthly Monday & Wednesday  

A little less intense environment than the competitive program, but allows your gymnasts to still participate in fun gymnastics. Xcel (any age) will train the required 10 hours weekly at $375 monthly, will travel, may participate in camps and Humphrey’s Invitational. 

Non-Competitive Team (age 10-17) will participate in 4 hours a week and will hold a showcase every few months to show off to friends and family! $175 monthly Monday-Thursday 8PM-9PM
